Saray Otel Pansiyon - Bursa

The location of Saray Otel was excellent, just a short walk to the main historical sites and shopping areas. The public transport outside the hotel made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, our journey to the hotel was smooth and checking in on us. The room, though facing the street, was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

Spent Easter in a hotel and was really impressed by the friendly staff and the location of the hotel. The fruit basket and bottled water were free and greatly appreciated. The location was perfect - close to all the major historical sites which was great since we could walk everywhere. The hotel offered good public transport, a Bursa travel card, and even the bus to the nearby coasts of Mudhayana and Gemlik.

Our room didn't have an AC which made it quite hot at night during our stay. The TV only had Turkish channels which was pretty disappointing.

The hotel felt outdated and lacked proper maintenance. the walls, sheets, and shared toilets were not very clean or well-maintained.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the ulu cami bazaar, city bus station, and taxis. I loved its proximity to the Turkish delight shop and LC Waikiki shopping mall. The staff was friendly, with excellent English language skills. They provided free tea, water, and fruit. The internet connection was reliable, and the hotel's cleanliness was excellent.

Located in the heart of the old city, this hotel is close to everything. You can easily walk to the bazaar, famous restaurants, a shopping area, the city bus and minibus station, and even the cable car station to Uludag. the staff is very attentive and provides excellent service, including carrying your luggage and giving you free fruit, water, and tea. Rooms are well-equipped with strong Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.

Noise from nearby nightclubs can be disturbing, especially at night.

Lastly, the rooms were kept clean and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bursa! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be close to everything in the old city. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even carrying my bags without me asking. Finally, the rooms were kept clean and the basic amenities were all in great working order. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast they provided.
